Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Studio Site Spark to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages or messages to recipients without valid consent
• Send messages that are deceptive, threatening, or that impersonate another person or business
• Attempt to circumvent suppression, opt-out, or consent controls built into the platform
• Use the AI assistant to make claims about pricing, availability, or guarantees not approved by your business
• Upload malicious files or attempt to access another tenant’s data
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of telemarketing/SMS regulations

Violations may result in suspension of automated messaging features or, for serious or repeated violations, account suspension.
