Using the service
By creating an account, you agree to use Studio Site Spark only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including telemarketing, SMS, and data-protection regulations relevant to your business and location.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, pricing, and automated messages you configure, and for obtaining any consent required before sending marketing communications through the platform.
AI features
AI-generated content (chat replies, estimate copy, social drafts) is provided as a drafting aid. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before it is sent to customers or published, where approval controls are available.
Subscription and billing
Plans renew monthly unless cancelled. Setup fees are one-time and non-refundable once onboarding services have begun. You may cancel or change plans at any time from your billing settings.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is.” Studio Site Spark does not guarantee uninterrupted service or that automated communications will comply with every applicable law — compliance configuration is your responsibility.
