Information we collect
Studio Site Spark collects account information (name, email, phone) you provide when signing up, business information you enter during onboarding, and information your customers submit through forms, chat, booking, and calls on your behalf.
How we use information
We use collected information to operate the platform, deliver the features you’ve configured (website, CRM, automations), process payments, and communicate with you about your account.
Data sharing
We share data with the service providers you configure (e.g. Stripe for billing, Twilio for SMS/voice, Resend for email, and your chosen AI provider) solely to deliver the features you’ve enabled. We do not sell personal information.
Data retention and deletion
Tenant data is retained while your account is active. You can request an account data export or deletion at any time — see docs/compliance-considerations.md for details on what is deleted and when.
Your choices
Contacts can opt out of SMS by replying STOP, unsubscribe from marketing email via the link in any message, and request their data be deleted by contacting the business they interacted with.
